About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Vale Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient health and recovery.

Requirements

  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Previous relevant experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and manual therapy skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
