We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Garment and Textile Print Designer to join our team at Disturbia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and on-brand All-Over-Print patterns and placement artwork for our product range.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality AOP patterns for application across multiple products, including apparel, accessories, and homeware.
- Create placement artwork for application across multiple products, taking into consideration current trends and technical constraints.
- Produce and deliver production print-ready files to suppliers and manufacturers.
- Work closely with the design, buying, and graphic teams to ensure all garment placement and AOP graphics are provided in line with the critical path and brand identity.
- Conduct research into emerging graphic and print trends to ensure we continue to push creative boundaries and stay ahead of our competitors.
- Meet expected KPI volumes and approval ratings while adhering to brand tone of voice and understanding the global customer demographic.
- Design degree or similar.
- Excellent Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and illustrative skills.
- Strong knowledge of print processes and garment construction.
- Excellent AOP pattern design ability and experience.
- Experience with Pantone and colour-matching.
- Ability to create in line with brand voice and tone.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and projects.
- A strong enthusiasm for the fashion industry and trend awareness.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
