We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Print Designer to join our team at Disturbia. As a Print Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand designs for our products, including All-Over-Print patterns and placement artwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop on-brand AOP patterns for application across multiple products.
- Create placement artwork for application across multiple products, including apparel, accessories, and homeware.
- Develop innovative, on-brand garment graphics that enhance the visual product appeal, taking into consideration current trends and technical constraints.
- Produce and deliver production print-ready files to suppliers and manufacturers.
- Work closely with the Design, Buying, and Graphic teams to ensure all garment placement and AOP graphics are provided in line with the Critical Path and brand identity.
- Conduct research into emerging graphic and print trends to ensure we continue to push creative boundaries and stay ahead of our competitors.
- Develop a methodical and organized workflow with excellent attention to detail.
- Meet expected KPI volumes and approval ratings while adhering to brand tone of voice and understanding the global customer demographic.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Design Team.
- Produce artwork for garment sundries, including labels and packaging.
- Support in creating various digital design assets where needed, across a range of commercial and marketing outputs.
- Design degree or similar.
- Excellent Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and illustrative skills.
- Strong knowledge of print processes and garment construction.
- Excellent All-Over-Print pattern design ability and experience.
- Experience with Pantone and color-matching.
- Ability to create in line with brand voice and tone.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and projects.
- A strong enthusiasm for the fashion industry and trend awareness.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Proactive and solution-led.
- E-commerce experience preferred.
