About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Repair Specialist to join our team at Centrica plc. As a key member of our service and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas appliances and central heating systems for our domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gas appliances and central heating systems, working with our customers to identify and resolve issues.
  2. Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and repair work on a variety of boilers and central heating systems, including S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems.
  3. Hold current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) and have a strong understanding of electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding.
  4. Travel to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle, using a fuel card and mobile phone for communication.
