Technical Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Repair Specialist to join our team at Centrica plc. As a key member of our service and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas appliances and central heating systems for our domestic customers.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gas appliances and central heating systems, working with our customers to resolve any issues and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of boilers and central heating systems, using your electrical knowledge and skills to identify and resolve problems.
- Work with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
