The Role:

We are seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team in [Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT systems, including datacentre operations, server and storage administration, and network management.

Responsibilities:

* Configuring and maintaining high-availability IT networks for business-critical operations.
* Ensuring seamless connectivity across plant locations, data centres, sales offices, warehouses, and remote staff.
* Managing and monitoring datacentre operations, including server and storage infrastructure.
* Optimizing system performance and reliability using standard monitoring tools.

Requirements:

* Experience in datacentres health, hardware (physical & virtual servers and storage), backup and recovery systems, virtual environment (VM, Sphere, ESXi).
* Proficiency in systems health applications, server administration, system admin (VMWare, server & storage, cloud-based systems), network management, and IT security.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
