Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager - European Portfolio

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a first-class facilities management strategy across their European portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site teams across the continent, ensuring a proactive approach is in place to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global facilities management strategies to ensure consistency across all operations while adhering to group policies and standards.
  • Guide and support local Facilities Managers to optimize daily operations, promoting effective teamwork through regular cross-site communication.
  • Establish centralized monitoring systems to evaluate performance, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and inform strategic enhancements.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives to align with corporate environmental objectives, ensuring they are effectively implemented, monitored, and reported.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction on major capital projects, overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance and refurbishment efforts to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure facilities meet both international and local safety, health, and environmental regulations, regularly updating corporate policies to align with current laws and best practices.
  • Streamline procurement processes to maximize economies of scale, maintain quality, and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and cost efficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership on facilities performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities, using data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
