We're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Transformation and Bordereau Management team at AXA Health. With a strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the General Ledger Reconciliation and reporting activities within the team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving forward key outputs, including timely reporting of AXA Health Premiums, Claims, and Population. Your expertise will enable us to streamline our processes, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to work with complex data sets, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement. Your attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support General Ledger Reconciliation and reporting activities
  • Drive forward key outputs, including timely reporting of AXA Health Premiums, Claims, and Population
  • Analyze complex data sets for performance evaluation, analysis, and reconciliation
  • Oversee month-end processing and accounting adjustments
  • Liaise with stakeholders on data, performance, or reconciliation issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Experience working in Financial Services, ideally Insurance
  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
