As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plant and associated equipment on-site, ensuring the highest standards of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant and associated equipment on-site, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical fault finding, and repair or replace equipment as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead Root Cause investigations to identify and resolve equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Manage maintenance costs and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical fault finding.
  • Must have served an Engineering apprenticeship and possess a strong understanding of PLCs, ppm, CMMS, and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CI projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ideal candidate will have 17th or 18th Edition certification and knowledge of CI and Asset Care.
  • Must be willing to work on a 12-hour Days and Nights Rotating Shift Pattern.
