Aiven is seeking a talented Hyperscaler Ecosystem Manager to join our team. As a key business partner to our Global Partner Sales and Operational Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our partner program, ensuring smooth operations and driving partner success.

About the Role

In this role, you will build and manage partner business reporting and invoicing processes, continuously develop and optimize partner business processes and practices, track key partner business KPIs and metrics, and provide insights to leadership. You will also partner with Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing Management to establish Channel financial plans and define Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to effectively manage and track against Channel strategic goals.

Additionally, you will define and execute alliance promotions and incentive programs that drive channel contribution, foster a strong partner community, and promote collaboration. You will work cross-functionally to drive new channel business processes and improve our total partner experience, from new partners onboarding to our most strategic alliances.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including holistic wellbeing support, occupational health care, dental care, sports, culture, massage, commute, and lunch benefits.
