**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Central London. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in marketing management and possess strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive event attendance and sponsorship.
  • Oversee the creation and design of marketing content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Identify and implement effective marketing channels and strategies to reach target audiences and drive event attendance and sponsorship.
  • Built relationships with key marketing partners, including media outlets, trade associations, and influencers, negotiating deals to maximise event visibility and exposure.
  • Work closely with sponsors to ensure they receive maximum promotional value, driving joint marketing efforts that enhance event visibility.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to secure media coverage and increase event awareness.
  • Oversee and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and accuracy of content, and ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives.
  • Continuously track and analyse the performance of all digital marketing activities to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Produce detailed post-event reports, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for future marketing efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the events or conference sector.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation, press releases, and media relations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Highly organised with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
