Join Our Finance Support Team

We're seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials and Adaptive Lead to join our Finance Support team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Adaptive ex-consultant experience, with a minimum of two Adaptive implementations, to expand their knowledge and experience into Workday Financials and general finance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect requirements and implement changes into Adaptive, including creating new integrations, tasks, accounts, sheets, dimensions, and more.
  • Work closely with FP&A and Corporate Finance to understand BAU activities and improve ways of working in Adaptive.
  • Maintain Workday Adaptive and Workday Fins documentation and support workflow changes.
  • Carry out security audits and product release management for both Workday Fins and Workday Adaptive.
  • Provide advice and support to senior stakeholders on all financial processes and procedures.
  • Support other Transformation projects to deliver on the Finance Transformation agenda.
Requirements
  • Experience with Adaptive implementations, certified, with at least two end-to-end implementations.
  • Hands-on experience of working with ERP software.
  • Good understanding of finance procedures.
  • Willingness to learn in-depth Workday Financials to support as an admin.
  • Ability to translate technical language to finance and finance language to product and tech teams, bringing clarity and alignment.
  • Proactive and autonomous, able to identify issues independently and drive creative solutions in a complex, dependency-heavy environment.
