At Checkout Group, we're on a mission to empower businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. As a Workday Financials and Adaptive Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving our Finance Transformation agenda.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Adaptive implementations, certified with at least two end-to-end implementations. You'll work closely with our Finance and FP&A teams to understand how our products work and how they can be leveraged to improve processes.

  • Collect requirements and implement changes into Adaptive, including creating new integrations, tasks, accounts, sheets, dimensions, and more.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Finance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our ways of working in Adaptive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Workday Adaptive and Workday Financials, ensuring seamless workflow changes.
  • Conduct security audits and manage product releases for both Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive.
  • Provide expert advice and support to senior stakeholders on all financial processes and procedures.
  • You'll also contribute to other Transformation projects, driving our Finance Transformation agenda forward.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive and autonomous individual who can identify issues independently and drive creative solutions in a complex, dependency-heavy environment. You'll need to be able to translate technical language to Finance and Finance language to product and tech teams, bringing clarity and alignment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP software.
  • Good understanding of Finance procedures.
  • Ability to learn in-depth Workday Financials to support as an admin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
