Garden Maintenance Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Oaklands Gardens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our garden maintenance team and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are delivered to our customers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time appointment, and we offer a competitive salary, annual holiday of 28 days (inc 8 Bank Holidays & pro rata in the first year), and a defined contribution workplace pension scheme. A full driving licence for UK roads is essential, and experience driving larger panel vans is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our garden maintenance team to deliver exceptional results and meet customer expectations
