We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is kept to a high standard and assisting the Maintenance Manager with Risk Management in your areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience of Maintenance Supervisor work including plumbing, electrics, and decorating
  • The ability to prioritise work efficiently and keep people informed on planned completion timelines
  • Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working as part of a team
