Exciting Graduate Opportunity in Civil and Structural Engineering

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Structural Engineer. As a key member of our design consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including steel design, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

About the Role:
  • Work on a range of projects, from conception to completion, across utilities, telecoms, rail, and highways
  • Develop your skills in design, project management, and drafting, with a focus on steel design
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, including pension contribution and bonus schemes, plus 25 days leave excluding bank holidays
  • Benefit from a supportive and creative environment with friendly, engaging staff
Requirements:
  • Strong degree in civil or structural engineering (2:1 or first-class MEng preferred)
  • Previous experience in steel design or relevant modules at university
  • Working knowledge of CAD (although not essential)
  • Hard-working approach to work and strong communication skills
  • Ability to relocate or be based near Gloucester
