Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Structural Engineer. As a key member of our design consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including steel design, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

About the Role:
  • Work on a range of projects, from conception to completion, and develop your skills in structural design and engineering.
  • Collaborate with our drafting team and contribute to the creation of high-quality designs.
  • Participate in project management and gain experience in a fast-paced design environment.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, including pension contribution and bonus schemes, plus 25 days leave excluding bank holidays.
  • Benefit from a supportive and creative work environment with a friendly and engaging team.
Requirements:
  • A strong degree in civil or structural engineering (a 2:1 or first-class MEng being preferable).
  • Previous experience in steel design or relevant modules at university would be beneficial.
  • A working knowledge of CAD would be advantageous, although not essential.
  • A hard-working approach to work and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relocation to the Gloucester area is not necessary, as we consider candidates from a wide range of locations.
