Key Responsibilities

The Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner will play a vital role in driving organisational growth, through the development of leadership capabilities and behaviours. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy, aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs, leveraging strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Designing and delivering bespoke leadership development programmes, incorporating diverse learning methodologies
  • Driving the implementation of behaviour change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Supporting the talent management process, developing high potential leaders through strategic planning and coaching
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development programmes, providing actionable insights for future enhancements
  • Mentoring and coaching leaders within the organisation, empowering them to reach their full potential

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per year, plus car allowance, annual holiday leave, and other attractive benefits.
