About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level as a Crm and Operations Manager at Believe. The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading the adoption of our CRM system across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of the system. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing ongoing training, communication and implementation plans to drive consistent and effective CRM use across all teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, ownership or a CRM solutions implementation role. You must have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, preferably with experience in HubSpot and/or Salesforce, data management and system integration. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business needs and vice versa.
What We Offer:
