About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MI Analyst to join our team at Holiday Gems Limited. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our current suite of MI reports, bringing data from numerous sources into SSRS and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement reports within SSRS from SQL data sources, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
  • Expand the current set of Power BI dashboards, promoting self-serve reporting across all business areas and driving sales growth.
  • Refine SQL jobs to maximize data availability for reporting, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payments and receipts, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an MI Analyst, preferably in an online travel setting.
  • Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business growth.
  • Enthusiasm for using new technologies and tools to extract actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
