Vocational Skills Specialist

KM Recruitment is a leading recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors in the UK.
We are currently looking for an experienced Functional Skills Tutor to join our team in delivering maths and English education to learners across Kent and Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching maths and English skills to groups of approximately 15 unemployed learners.
- Developing and implementing maths and English curricula that meet learners' needs.
- Providing engaging training sessions and offering individualised guidance to learners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience teaching maths and English up to level 2.
- Holding a Level 3 teaching qualification or higher.
- Own Functional Skills qualifications in maths and english or equivalent GCSEs.
- Ability to motivate and support learners through challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Clean full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Flexibility in travelling to locations in Kent and Essex.
Benefits:
Salary: £30,000 annually
