The Role:

As a Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day. You'll provide top-notch care and support, ensuring that every individual feels valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
  • Support residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents and colleagues alike
