About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an ongoing programme of activities and events that engage residents, promote their independence and meet their individual needs.
You will work closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, and develop a programme of activities that cater to their needs. This may include arts and crafts, music, exercise, and other leisure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a programme of activities and events that engage residents and promote their independence
- Work closely with residents to understand their interests and preferences
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective activities programme
- Encourage team members, relatives and friends to participate in activities and events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities programme
