We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at CityFibre Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in aligning our IT plans with our business objectives, ensuring that our technology capabilities are optimized to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. IT Liaison and Escalation

You will serve as the primary point of contact and escalation channel between our organization and the IT department, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Matrix Team Leadership

You will lead a matrix team focused on supporting a specific portfolio of IT activities aligned to our business value chain, driving strategic direction and ensuring interlock and optimization of plans.

Technology Roadmapping

You will create and facilitate multi-horizon roadmaps and associated plans that deliver technology capabilities in the short, medium, and long term, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Business Acumen

You will possess strong business, commercial, and financial acumen, with demonstrated expertise across diverse functions and capabilities, including strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations.

IT Experience
