Sales and Operations Manager Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join their expanding UK site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, managing all operations, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for the site
  • Lead strategic account development and contribute to new client acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify areas for growth
  • Operational management; employee evaluation and development, financial budgeting and profitability, continuous improvement
  • Consistent liaison with General Manager to provide updates and discuss improvements
Requirements:
  • Leadership/management background in both Sales and Operations
  • Experience growing, developing, and managing teams/divisions
  • Strong business development and account management experience
