Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our residential estate agency team in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a residential estate agency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership required
