Residential Care Job Opportunity
Our organisation is seeking a qualified Senior Care Assistant Nights to join our residential care team. As a Senior Care Assistant Nights, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents, under the guidance of the Home Manager. This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in caring for older people, people with disabilities, or those with mental health needs, along with a commitment to delivering person-centred care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include assisting with the design and implementation of individual care plans, providing hands-on care and support to residents as needed, and participating in staff supervision, training, and development programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and respectful environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
