Commercial Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team as a Wood Repair Resins and Fillers Business Development Manager. This role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Specifiers, Heritage Companies, Property Management Companies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Joinery Sub-Contractors, Painting & Decorating Merchants and General Builders Merchants in the North of London region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning specifications and stimulating demand for products within the construction industry. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with paint manufacturers and conducting project visits. In addition, they will be tasked with growing the area by 20% and inheriting an area with a turnover of circa £750,000.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Specification Sales Executive to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is estimated to be between £43,600-£47,600 + 10% Bonus, plus benefits including a fully expensed Hybrid Car and full benefits.
