Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering development projects and addressing technical requests promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure all products meet both internal and external specifications and standards.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to manage customer technical requests and collect data for customer tenders.
  • Ensure development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage technical enquiries from Quality, Production, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments.
  • Assist the Quality team with supplier non-conformities (NCSs), internal manufacturing non-conformities (NCIs), and customer complaints (NCCs).
  • Manage change requests for drawings, Bills of Materials, and Assembly Instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Minimum Level 4 HNC/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, vacuum forming, CNC machining, etc.
  • Familiarity with power cable accessory equipment is beneficial but not crucial.
