About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Manager to join our team at Cloud People. As a Cloud Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close new business opportunities within existing clients and new logos.
- Maintain clients through excellent customer care and strong negotiation.
- Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and pipeline.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
- Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations to ensure timely resolution.
What will you be selling? (ideal experience)
- Public & Hybrid Cloud Services – Essential, ideally Azure.

- Cyber Security offerings inc. MSSP services
- Connectivity solutions (nice to have, not essential)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
