Social Care Practitioner Role

This Social Care Practitioner position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals who require assistance in their daily lives, empowering them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
The role requires a flexible and adaptable approach, with a focus on providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and household chores, while also encouraging individuals to pursue their hobbies and interests.
A driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be using a mobility car to transport service users. However, we offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this position.
Job Requirements:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores.
- Manage medication and provide support with finances.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users.
