Your expertise will drive the creation and execution of go-to-market collateral, ensuring a seamless consumer experience. This full-time position is based in London, with up to 30% travel within the UK/EU and Latin America.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for EMEA/LATAM, including the development of go-to-market collateral.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure recipe strategy aligns with broader business objectives.
  • Serve as a culinary subject matter expert, providing guidance on functional activities.
  • Lead a team of chefs and recipe developers to define recipe strategy and drive product success.
  • Manage and grow team members, providing guidance on project assignments and professional advancement opportunities.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of related culinary/marketing/management experience.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
