Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Q-Pulse Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure user access is properly managed.
  • Coordinate controlled documents to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Support audit activities, including self-inspections and prepare Quality metrics for management review.
  • Provide QA support during client audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Participate in business improvement processes and GxP process improvement initiatives.

Key Activities:

  • Manage user access and provide ongoing user support in Q-Pulse.
  • Onboard new starters and create new accounts.
  • Provide training on quality system workflows operating within Q-Pulse.
  • Issue GxP documents as required and review completed GxP records.
  • Support archiving activities and participate in GxP audits.
  • Generate Quality metrics and trend data for the Quality Council.
  • Track and coordinate non-conformances and audit findings.
  • Support audits/inspections of Invicro by third parties or Regulatory Authorities.
  • Document management and distribution – global and local.

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of quality management within a GCP/GMP environment.
  • Experience with Q-Pulse Quality Management System (desirable).
  • Proven understanding of GxP requirements related to documentation and Quality Systems.
  • Proven ability to work across functional interfaces.
