Systems and Inventory Management Professional

Catch Resource Management is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of their ERP system. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and experience in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the NetSuite system, setting up new users, uploading data, and maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the first point of contact for user queries and technical issues related to NetSuite or integrated systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope, develop, and deliver necessary changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in NetSuite administration or 2 years' experience in ERP support/administration within a supply chain capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools, Active Directory, branch networks, VPNs, VLANs, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain clear documentation of project progress and challenge timescales when necessary.
