Join our client's team as a seasoned IT Business Analyst and contribute to enhancing their Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires strong technical skills and experience in project management. You will lead the integration and implementation of AI-driven solutions and oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for sustainability initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Quality Connect and EHSPhere systems.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, and change management.
  • Enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, collaborating closely with Quality & EHS stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with IT partners and technology vendors, overseeing contract management and SLAs.
  • Own the technical and functional architecture of the platforms, ensuring they remain state-of-the-art.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially within a Quality environment.
  • Expertise in QMS systems and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT system administration, service delivery, and release management.
  • Familiarity with GxP processes and procedures.
  • Strong leadership abilities with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with external partners.
  • Proficiency in English; French is an asset.

We anticipate the annual salary for this position to be approximately $120,000, based on location and experience.
