**Job Title:** Support Worker for Children

 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Children. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children aged 5-17 in a new home designed for Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily care and support to children, including meal preparation, hygiene, and educational activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Implementing admission protocols and care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Fulfilling health, education, and training requirements for children.
  • Engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities promoting socialization, emotional regulation, and cognitive development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing reports in a timely manner.
  • Serving as a key worker and positive role model for children.
  • Maintaining the physical security of the home and ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
