Children's Support Worker

Join Brook Street UK Careers in Doncaster as a Children's Support Worker. We are looking for an experienced individual to work with looked after children and young people, providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes their emotional, social, and physical well-being.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable young people and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be flexible and resilient to work within a rota that includes weekends and unsocial hours.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of £28,176 - £31,101 per annum, pro-rata.
- You will form strong relationships with young people and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support.
- Regular supervision and training will be provided to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
Key Skills:
- Experience of working with children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviour.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of service users.
