  • Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans

  • Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction
Requirements:
  • Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Has the ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options

  • Enjoys ongoing change and learning new technology and processes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services
  • Experience in sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referring products
  • Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center
  • Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
Training and Schedule:

Training will begin on Monday, October 7, 2024, and will be held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. The first and second shifts are available, and Sundays are closed.
