About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join our team at Paragon Banking Group PLC. As a key member of our regulatory reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality regulatory reporting and ensuring compliance with emerging good practice and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the regulatory reporting framework for the Bank and wider Group, ensuring complete, accurate and timely submission of all regulatory returns.
  • Monitor the regulatory reporting requirement horizon to ensure that the suite of reporting is current and supports that development.
  • Provide support to the business in identifying the impact of new regulation on current and proposed activity.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders on the performance of the regulatory reporting Policy Standard.
  • Work collaboratively with Group stakeholders to ensure requirements and responsibilities are clearly understood.
  • Maintain the procedures, interpretation documents and policies that support the regulatory reporting Policy Standard.
  • Work with second and third line to ensure that the reporting framework is robust.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Accountant who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in regulatory reporting, and be able to effectively prioritise tasks to ensure delivery meets critical deadlines.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, office based.
