The ideal candidate will develop and support the regulatory, treasury, and financial reporting frameworks in line with emerging best practices and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the regulatory reporting framework is robust and up-to-date.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the regulatory reporting framework.
  • Monitor regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of all regulatory returns.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on the performance of the regulatory reporting.
  • Work with second and third-line teams to ensure the reporting framework is effective.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting teams is a plus.
  • Effective prioritization skills to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and present complex information to internal and external customers.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Team player with a willingness to adapt to change.

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000, plus an excellent benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance, paid community volunteering, company-wide profit-sharing bonus, pension plan with employer contributions, life assurance, and personal accident cover.
