About The Role

Paragon Banking Group PLC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality regulatory reporting and ensuring compliance with emerging good practice and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the regulatory reporting framework for the Bank and wider Group, ensuring complete, accurate and timely submission of all regulatory returns.
  • Monitor the regulatory reporting requirement horizon to ensure that the suite of reporting is current and supports that development.
  • Provide support to the business in identifying the impact of new regulation on current and proposed activity.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders on the performance of the regulatory reporting Policy Standard.
  • Work collaboratively with Group stakeholders to ensure requirements and responsibilities are clearly understood.
  • Maintain the procedures, interpretation documents and policies that support the regulatory reporting Policy Standard.
  • Work with second and third line to ensure that the reporting framework is robust.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Reporting Accountant with a strong background in financial services, particularly within a regulatory reporting team. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to internal and external customers.
