Deputy Head of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Operations to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational and strategic leadership to a significant collection of services, including maternity, neonatal, and gynaecology services.
- Deputise for the Head of Operations in the full range of duties and have fully delegated decision-making responsibilities during any period of deputising.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
- Lead by example, promoting the values and vision of University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and ensuring that all staff demonstrate those values in their leadership behaviours.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to achieve our strategic objectives and improve patient outcomes.
