Senior Planning Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager to join our team at Gold Group Limited. As a Senior Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning and delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of pre-construction planning to ensure developments are meticulously planned, scheduled, and aligned with client requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop robust project strategies and ensure seamless transitions from pre-construction to execution.
  • Lead the pre-construction planning efforts for major developments across the UK valued £200m plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, with at least 5 years in a senior planning or management role, ideally within a construction management or contractor environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering pre-construction planning for major developments valued at £200 million or more.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in planning software (e.g.,).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
