Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Stafflex in Huddersfield. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to daily customer queries and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Quality, and Production, to deliver consistent and reliable customer support.
  • Arrange on-site visits and inspections for service teams, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Document and investigate customer claims with the quality team, helping to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records, supporting quality standards and efficient customer service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a technical or engineering setting is highly desirable.
  • A well-organised and proactive approach, with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to track progress and completion of tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft packages, including Outlook.
