At Au Vodka, we're seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team and drive sales performance in the pub sector. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with national pub chains across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national pub chains, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the pub group channel, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Brand Visibility and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities within the pub groups, ensuring AU Vodka's brand is prominently displayed and aligns with company guidelines.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the beverage or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and ability to travel as required.
