Job Summary:
Footprint Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and respected player in the home improvements industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all pre and post-contract commercial functions, ensuring cost control and value maximisation across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and budgeting

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial management or a related field
* Proven track record of success in commercial management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable)
* Company package including benefits and perks

Location:
Preston and travel throughout North West region
