Sales and Business Development Opportunities

We are recruiting a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Matched Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for business development, and delivering results-driven solutions. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus a car allowance of £5,400 and commission opportunities that could take your total earnings to over £40,000.

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing. You will be responsible for provision of exceptional customer service; the foremost requirement within our responsive business. You will also manage and maintain valued long-term relationships, enabling vendor engagement and relationship management.


Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience of client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach
  • Ideal experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
