At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the plastic building products sector.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to manage our sales team and drive revenue growth in the plastic building products market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the plastic building products market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, and local authorities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in the plastic building products sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
