About the Role

The BMS Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects within their designated region, from sales to operations handovers, supply chain engagement, engineering management, and project handover and post-completion support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Undertake sales handovers to interpret and understand the scope of works
  • Overall responsibility for the health, safety, and environmental management of all projects within your portfolio
  • Provide direction, control, and implementation of projects
  • Be responsible for the commercial performance of the project
  • Monitor, review, and report on progress
  • Provide regular reports to project leadership
  • Undertake risk reviews
  • Maintain relevant professional certifications and licenses
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with experience in BMS and control systems
  • Ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
  • Experience working on large projects, with a track record for delivery
  • Comfortable working as part of a team, managing remote resources
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within datacenters and critical infrastructure environments
  • High-level BMS knowledge with a key understanding of engineering principles
