About the Role

This Intervention Tutor position involves providing bespoke support to children with Special Education Needs in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering targeted interventions to children with ASD, SEMH or PMLD at their designated locations.
  2. Designing and implementing tailored learning plans focusing on Maths, English, and Science to meet individual needs.
  3. Fostering engagement and ensuring inclusive access to learning for each child.
Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Proven experience in teaching, teaching assistant, SEN one-to-one, or tutoring.
  2. Able to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
  3. Experience working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  4. Strong ability to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
